Welcome! My name is Jaime Ridgway, L.Ac. I am a board certified Licensed Acupuncturist (LAC1030), Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Reiki Energy Healer in Asheville, NC with over 9 years of clinical experience in natural medicine and extensive studies.

I have always been drawn to the mysteries and energetics of our body/mind/spirit, our individual life journey, and the world itself. Being an HSP, Empath and Intuitive, “sensitive” and having experienced my own health/life struggles has led me to explore healing on different levels and thus has led me to practice natural energy medicine and help those in need of the same. I believe when we ask for help (either from a healer like me or from the universe) we receive it!

I attended East West College of Natural Medicine in FL. I hold a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine, Bachelor degrees in Professional Health Sciences and Graphic Design, and a certification in Paralegal Studies.
